Looking for a Toshiba region free dvd player but confused on which one to get? There are so many options out there it is hard to make a decision, and every website seems to offer something slightly different.  Currently there are many Toshiba models being sold in the market that are region free. Toshiba makes models for different parts of the world and gives different model numbers for each player. Many players being sold as region free are imports which are modified for region free and then sold here in the USA. Others are USA models that are modified and sold as region free.  Most websites don't bother to share this information with their customers, but after our techs have opened and analyzed the quality of all these players, we have found that this information is vital to make a educated decision on which one to go with. A good player

This is a good option for older NON HD TV's. Easy hook up, comes with the yellow, red and whit cables, and works good. Picture quality is not as good as my other player which is the Pioneer DV-400V-K hooked up to my plasma tv, but for the TV I'm using it on I can't complain.

I searched fore ages for a player that would play my region 2 pal movies on a NTSC tv here in CA. I bought one, before but it didn't work, everything came out black and white.
